Please take a moment to look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do everything we can to make it right.

Our return policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY, which does not expire.

Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

  • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have the original tags still attached
  • Items are received within 10 days of the original purchase date
  • Items are returned free of smoke odor, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other stains

Final Sale Items

FINAL SALE items include SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, & GIFT ITEMS are NOT eligible for return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees - NO EXCEPTIONS

Additional Policies

  • Promo codes of any kind must be applied at checkout. We are unable to apply them after purchase
  • If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and subject to additional shipping costs
  • If you received incorrect or defective merchandise, please contact us. All claims must be made within 7 days of your purchase date

How to Return

To return an item:

We recommend sending returns via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing & Store Credit

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1–3 business days.
You will then be issued STORE CREDIT for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Due to items selling quickly, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

You will be issued STORE CREDIT to repurchase another item or the same item (if still available).
